Literacy Liberates

Literacy Liberates is the Wiley Manuel Bar Association’s annual book drive benefiting incarcerated youth in Sacramento County. Through the purchase and donation of books, we help ensure that young people in custody have access to inspiring, engaging, and culturally relevant stories—stories that can spark imagination, build confidence, and open doors to new possibilities.
